PFS SUPERVISOR - REVENUE - FULL TIME

Summary/Objective

PFS Supervisor oversees assigned departments to ensure goals and responsibilities are accomplished in accordance with Watson Clinic, LLP standards, efficiently, and with patient service as priority.

Essential Functions

Participates in selection and hiring of new staff, training, program accesses, assigns tasks, and reviews workloads to ensure cost effective, accurate, and timely completion of department responsibilities. Prepares staff schedules, approves time off, maintains employee payroll records and internal department employee files. Assists with completing and presenting the employee annual reviews.

Develops, modifies, and implements changes to procedures to improve efficiency and workflow. Works closely with department Team Lead to coordinate and prioritize staff to cover fluctuations in work and meet deadlines. Reports progress on projects and testing of new procedures to management.
