Salary:  Competitive rates 
Independent Prescriber supplement of £3.80 per hour if applicable 
Other Incentive:  Up to £8,000 relocation package 
Working Hours:  Monday - Friday 09:00 to 18:30 and 1 in 4 Saturdays 09:00 - 18:00 (Some flexibility available)
