Working Days & Hours: Mon to Fri Office Hours, one Saturday a month
Responsibilities
- Provide pharmaceutical care at outpatient pharmacy.
- Counsel and dispense medication.
- Teach and provide information on medication to patients, caregivers, and other healthcare workers.
- Assist patients and caregivers in the administration of medication.
- Identify, resolve, and prevent medication‑related problems.
- Ensure accurate and timely distribution of pharmaceutical items.
- Participate in corporate quality improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum degree in Pharmacy.
- VALID AHPC with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
