- Conducts a comprehensive clinical review of pharmacotherapy for each patient including drug utilization, counseling, compliance, drug interaction screening, side effect profiling and drug administration support to ensure the patient s treatment plan is in line with evidencebased recommendations
- Documents results of pharmacotherapy review in patient chart
