AHS is seeking a skilled professional to join our pharmacy team in a multi-site position including Fort Saskatchewan Community Hospital, Westview Health Center and Sturgeon Community Hospital. In this role, you will work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote the safe, effective, and appropriate use of medications.You will assess patients for medication related issues, contribute to comprehensive medication management plans, and help optimize therapeutic outcomes. This hospital based position includes participation in patient care rounds, close collaboration with clinical teams, and engagement with patients and families to individualize therapy.
