Pharmacist (Kalba Area)

Responsibilities

Dispense medications accurately ensuring correct dosages and patient safety while adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines. Provide expert medication counseling to patients explaining proper usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions fostering patient understanding.

Manage and maintain pharmacy inventory including ordering, receiving, and storing medications guaranteeing adequate stock levels. Verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness collaborating with prescribers to resolve any discrepancies or concerns.

Qualifications

Possess a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree or equivalent from a recognized institution. Hold a valid license to practice pharmacy in the UAE (MOH). Prior experience of 1+ year as a licensed pharmacist within a retail or hospital pharmacy setting. Demonstrate strong knowledge of pharmaceutical calculations, drug interactions, and therapeutic uses.
