• Provide information and advice on drug usage, interactions, and side effects.
• Process prescriptions received from medical practitioners or hospitals.
• Maintain records of patient medical histories and prescriptions.
• Answer telephone inquiries regarding medication orders and availability.
• Help customers select over-the-counter medications as needed.
• Assist with inventory management and stocking shelves with drugs or other related supplies.
