Pharmacist Regional Relief (FT)

In this role, you will support multiple locations within a three-hour radius of Cambridge, bringing your expertise where it's needed most. Patient Focused Care Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development. Administer vaccines and immunizations.
