Phonics Intervention Tutor
This Manchester-based secondary school are seeking a Phonics Intervention Tutor who is able to inspire and redirect the energies of disaffected students, to join their small, close-knit team as soon as possible.

Phonics Intervention Tutor – The Person:
2:1 or higher with a degree in English or Education

Patient and nurturing disposition

Must wish to train on a contract basis, before transitioning to a permanent contract with the school

Good knowledge of, and experience working with, Read Write, Fresh Start, or another Phonics programme

Excellent interpersonal skills

Affinity for pupils with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties

Growth mindset and positive ethos
Phonics Intervention Tutor – Benefits:
£550 – 575 per week, term time only
