JOB DESCRIPTION
- Review patient medical records and documentation
- Assign accurate diagnosis codes based on medical records (ICD codes)
- Ensure compliance with risk adjustment coding guidelines and standards
- Identify and capture all relevant chronic and acute conditions
- Maintain high accuracy and productivity in coding tasks
- Work with internal teams to clarify documentation when needed
- Adhere to client and regulatory requirements
