Position Overview
As a Physical Therapist (PT), you’ll play a key role in evaluating residents, developing care plans, and delivering physical therapy interventions that improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore function. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to determine mobility deficits, pain levels, and rehabilitation goals.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans to address each resident’s physical challenges.
