Schedule: 8:00am to 4:30 pm MON-FRI
Location: Longview, WA.
Coverage Areas: 50 Mile radius
Job Type: Contract
Contract Length: 3 months (possible extension or conversion)
Pay Range: $52/HR- $56/HR
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Duties:
- Conduct patient evaluations assessing mobility, strength, balance, gait, pain, and functional limitations.
- Assess home environment for safety risks and fall hazards.
