Physical Therapist

Job Description Job Description EB Pediatric Resources has been providing therapy to special needs children in Chicago for over 20 years. We are seeking an experienced pediatric Physical Therapist to provide clinical services to a pediatric population at our clinics in Chicago for children ages 0-8 years. We have openings for both full-time employment status or flex-time PRN status.
Job Duties:

• Conduct evaluations of new and ongoing clients
• Provide physical therapy services to EBPR clients, across home-based, school-based, and clinic-based settings
• Conduct 6 month and annual progress meetings, in addition to other parent meetings
• Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies
