Advanced Practice Provider Opportunity  Sub-Acute, Long-Term Care is a sector of healthcare exploding with potential and work-life balance flexibility (no on call or weekends)!  
We are seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) provider for our Pierpont Center located in Fairmont, WV. This position can be filled by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. New grads are welcome to apply. The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $120,000 per year.
