The successful candidate will deliver high-quality Physics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential. Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, maintaining effective classroom management, and creating a positive learning environment. For long-term placements, there may be involvement in departmental activities, parents’ evenings, and exam preparation, while supply roles require adaptability, professionalism, and the ability to integrate quickly into different school settings. The ideal candidate will hold relevant teaching qualifications, possess strong subject knowledge, and demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
