Assisted Living Alberta is dedicated to Enhancing Care in the Community, helping people be healthy, well and independent in their homes and communities. Edmonton Zone Continuing Care provides services through five main program areas: Home Living, Supportive Living, Facility Living, Transition Services and Palliative Care. We are looking for a Physiotherapist to join our Home Living team to provide professional support services in the homes of clients of all ages and stages of life. This position works within a collaborative multidisciplinary team consisting of various healthcare professionals from the nursing and allied health professions. The team collaborates and conducts home or site visits to deliver client‑centered services to individuals with a wide variety of physical, cognitive, and mental health conditions, including complex health needs.
