  Job description   
  Picking  :Removes items from shelves to fulfill customer orders
  
  Packing  :Prepares items for shipping by packing them into boxes and labeling them 
  Other responsibilities  : May also include: 
 Using technology to sort, scan, and prepare orders
 Checking for damage or defects
 Operating equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and pallet wrappers
 Maintaining a clean and safe work area
  
 Keeping products organized and in good rotation
  
 Following safety protocols
  
 Reporting problems
  
 Requisitioning merchandise from suppliers
  
 Counting and recording stock levels
  
 Restocking shelves
  
 Tracking shipment arrival and departure times
  
 Monitoring product quality
  
 Picker packers need to be able to lift up to 40 or 50 lbs, work on their feet...
