Summary
During a site inspection at the ground floor area, pigeon droppings were found heavily accumulated on the surface of the overhead pipelines and along the suspended pipe supports. The exposed piping and support hangers provide ideal perching points for pigeons, and in the absence of any bird control measures, continuous bird activity has resulted in persistent droppings buildup. This has raised notable hygiene concerns and is negatively impacting the overall appearance and cleanliness of the premises.
Scope of Work
- Supply and installation of bird spikes on the affected pipelines and nearby perching locations.
- Ensuring proper fixing of bird spikes to avoid displacement.
