Job Description
As an Equinox Pilates Instructor, you will develop and refine Pilates programs, re‑evaluate client goals, and grow your own business under the guidance of a Pilates manager.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop a safe, professional, comprehensive Pilates training program for each client to ensure they attain their goals and remain motivated to continue progress.
- Conduct initial client complimentary assessment and goal setting to recommend a Pilates training program.
- Instruct private, duet, and semi‑private Pilates sessions.
- Work with Pilates Manager to build and grow your book of business through the member base.
- Complete all administrative requirements associated with client management.
- Collaborate with other club departments to ensure members have a well‑rounded experience.
