Piling Supervisor

Piling Supervisor – Sydney, NSW We are seeking an experienced Piling Supervisor to join our team delivering major foundation and ground engineering projects across Sydney. This role is responsible for overseeing piling operations on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day piling operations including bored piles, CFA, driven piling, and associated ground engineering activities
• Lead site crews and subcontractors to ensure safe and productive work practices
• Coordinate plant, labour, and materials to meet programme requirements
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and engineering standards
• Monitor and enforce WHS requirements, conducting toolbox talks, risk assessments, and site inspections
