As a Pilot Plant Manager

You will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations and management of our state-of-the-art facility dedicated to testing and developing new processes and products.

Duties & Responsibilities Utilize butchery/meat processing background to oversee a variety of products including cold meats, processed products, fresh products, cured products, etc. Manage hygiene and sanitation practices to ensure compliance with industry standards. Lead and mentor a small team, providing guidance and support. Hands-on involvement in product manufacturing and project management. Conduct regular stock takes of raw materials and spare parts, maintaining accurate records of inventory. Coordinate with other sites to track spare parts usage and manage orders accordingly. Supervise staff in the Technical Innovation Center (TIC) and ensure smooth operation of equipment. Place orders and create order numbers using our Unity system.
