Pipefitter Helper Job Summary:


We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Pipefitter Helper to support pipelaying and maintenance activities on industrial construction projects. In this role, you will work closely with experienced pipefitters to assist with installation, assembly, and testing of piping systems, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and safety-focused environment.
Pipefitter Helper Responsibilities:
Assist pipefitters with installing, maintaining, and testing process piping and utility systems
Cut, grind, assemble, and thread pipes using various hand and power tools
Mount pipe hangers, supports, and secure piping to structures
Join piping components via threaded or cemented joints
Help unload materials, tools, and supplies, and support lifting and positioning tasks
Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment
