Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Piping Engineer to support piping engineering, fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning activities for shipbuilding, ship repair, and offshore/marine projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of marine piping systems, shipyard operations, and relevant classification and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review piping drawings, isometric drawings, layouts, and material take-offs. Coordinate piping fabrication, installation, pressure testing, flushing, and commissioning activities onboard vessels and within shipyard facilities. Ensure all piping works comply with project specifications, class requirements, safety regulations, and quality standards. Liaise closely with clients, production teams, subcontractors, vendors, and classification societies. Monitor project progress, manpower allocation, and work schedules to ensure timely completion.
