About the job PIPING ENGINEER - MATERIAL
As a Piping Engineer, you will be responsible for managing piping bulk materials, including requisitioning, vendor data management, and material control activities across FEED and EPC project phases.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and maintain piping material requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders
- Develop and manage piping material specifications, line class tables, and commodity codes
- Coordinate with procurement for piping material sourcing, TBEs, and order placement
- Track and expedite piping bulk material deliveries to support construction schedules
- Review vendor submittals for piping commodities (fittings, flanges, valves, etc.)
- Maintain piping material control database and generate material status reports
- Coordinate with piping layout and stress teams on material requirements
