Planner I (Ciudad Juárez)

CommScope is seeking a Planner for our Juarez Team to develop and coordinate production schedules, manage material availability, and facilitate communication among departments.

• Prepare details of production schedules in accordance with requirements, installed capacity, and material availability.
• Control production progress and expedite missing materials.
• Commit finished products through SAG‑Ds.
• Provide responses to new sales and communicate changes to all relevant departments.

• Bachelor’s degree in business (preferred) or equivalent experience as a planning supervisor.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in MRP process.
• Strong English communication skills (80% proficiency).
• Experience with management software packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
