Applicants must have the appropriate experience, across a range of projects, preferably with a medium to large construction company.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Analyse the tender documents & compile a resource based tender programme.
- Must be able to create and manage project schedules
- Assist with the pricing of the Preliminaries based on the programme requirements.
- Compile a method statement when required to do so.
- Assist Contract Managers and site teams in compiling the detailed construction programmes and information required schedules.
- Assist site team in regularly monitoring & updating the contract programmes.
- Assist Contract Managers and site teams with compiling the cause-and-effect programme to justify the extension of time claims.
