Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Delivery Plan formulation: Coordinate internal resources, assist in formulating product delivery plans, and promote project implementation.
- Accurate delivery: Respond to customer needs, plan back-up plans, through pre-management, risk warning, and daily management to ensure delivery.
- Delivery review: Through regular review, analyze problems, formulate improvement plans, and improve delivery quality.
