Responsibilities
- To assist the in the preparation of the construction work programs as per the guidelines provided by the Construction Manager and monitor the progress of the project against the plan to ensure its completion within the specified time frame
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project coordination of various elements of work
- Tracking of long lead materials both from AAC purchase department and subcontractors
- Preparation of critical path analysis and impact program in assessment of EOT
- Prepare the work programs specifying time required to complete each process of construction such as material procurement mobilization, installation, manpower requirement etc
- Present the program to the Construction Manager / Project Execution team and clients (where required) for review and approval
