Responsibilities
- Assist in Preparation of Tender Programmes as per the Tender document s requirement
- Coordinate with Sr planner Planner for preparation of detailed programmes as per contract requirements
- Propose the Productivity sheet for the Project
- Coordinate with the Sr planner for calculating the manpower requirements trade wise as per the defined productivity
- Preparation of a weight system
- Coordinate with the Sr planner Planner for loading the manpower major quantities Weightage and cost over the activities of the Programme of work as required
- Estimating the projects cash flow
- Preparation of the projects measurement tools like S-curve Tabular reports histograms and other KPIs
- Coordinate with the Sr planner Planner Planner Assistant for preparing the internal Planning reports
- Highlight the Critical path s and take the necessary actions with coordination of other Project key staff
