Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects to optimize performance and efficiency. Forecast manpower, material, and financial requirements to align with project objectives. Collaborate with department heads to address resource constraints or adjustments.

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and evaluate risks throughout the project lifecycle, implementing contingency plans as needed. Report on critical path analysis and potential delays to stakeholders.
