Hire Resolve's client is a leading player in the food and beverage industry in the Western Cape. They are seeking a talented Planning Specialist to join their team and help them optimize their production, inventory management, and distribution processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for production, inventory management, and distribution in alignment with company goals and objectives
• Analyze demand forecasting, inventory levels, and production capacities to optimize planning and scheduling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, sales, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and effective supply chain management
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
• Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and regulatory requirements to inform planning decisions
