Planning Specialist

JOB SUMMARY
The Planning Specialist supports the ANZ Demand & Supply Planning team through Integrated Business Planning (IBP) assistance, supply coordination, reporting, and process governance. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare IBP decks, data tables, and meeting materials to ensure high-quality and timely updates to the IBP cycle (10%).
• Coordinate and execute returns to source, maintain visibility of return pipelines, and track receipt of credit notes through regular reporting (10%).
• Drive the Goods Receipt-Invoice Receipt process, monitor discrepancies between goods receipts and invoices, and escalate issues as needed (10%).
• Support execution of capital sets plan, raise capex orders and weekly net requirement orders, manage Capital in Progress reporting, coordinate return of excess stock, scrapping activities, a...
