Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage production plans based on demand forecasts and capacity constraints
- Ensure material availability to support production schedules
- Coordinate closely with Production, Procurement, and Sales teams
- Monitor and adjust plans based on changes in demand, supply, or operational conditions
- Drive planning accuracy and improve forecast alignment
- Lead and coach the planning team to enhance capability and performance
- Analyze production performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Manage inventory levels to balance service level and working capital
