Plant Accountant

What You'll Do:

• Work with Plant Controller in the budget and forecast process and plant performance management and ensure the reliability, consistency and availability of plant figures for management reporting and decisions.
• Manage continuous process improvement with the plant team to leverage savings, improve service to cost, and develop process excellence mindset
• Measure and monitor end to end performance level for the specific processes within his/her scope using relevant KPIs
• Perform periodic process reviews
• Identify, implement and communicate process improvements
• Perform inventory and fixed asset control checks
• Conducts Cost, Capex and Fixed Asset, Inventory and Variance Analysis
• Perform end period closing
• Recommends new policies and procedures and revisions
