Job Summary

The Temporary (15 months) Plant Controller oversees the financial aspects of the plant, with a strong focus on raw material analysis and yields, while supporting their team in managing labour costs and other operating expenses. In their role as a business partner to the manufacturing team, they ensure the accuracy of financial information, support the understanding of results, optimize operations, and lead transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine milk payments and periodically analyze raw material yields used in manufacturing, as well as related performance indicators.
• Support the Operations Analyst in month‑end closing activities (volumes, labour, and other expenses).
• Develop the plant manufacturing budget, with support from the plant Operations Analyst.
