Plant Controller | Growth-Focused Finance Leader

Gates Corporation is looking for a Controller to lead financial management in startup manufacturing operations in Mexico. This role involves oversight of accounting policies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with tax and SOX regulations. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of accounting experience, a degree in accounting, and knowledge of Mexican labor law.

The Controller will contribute to decision-making by providing accurate financial information and lead a team of at least three people in driving performance improvements.
