Plant Controller: Manufacturing Finance Partner

Acuity Inc. in Matamoros, Mexico is seeking a Plant Controller to partner with plant leadership, provide financial guidance, and drive performance.

You will lead month-end close, prepare financial statements, build KPI dashboards, support budgeting, and collaborate with manufacturing operations to improve cost accounting and operational efficiency.

This hands-on role requires strong Excel and ERP skills, experience in a maquiladora environment, and excellent communication with non-finance leaders.
