Plant Controlling Analyst
What you'll do:
Ensure accurate financial operations and compliance
, maintaining accounting systems aligned with USGAAP/MEXGAAP, overseeing GL transactions, and executing month-end close activities.
Drive financial reporting and planning
, including headcount tracking, weekly pulse reports, account reconciliations (Blackline), and supporting CapEx budget control.
Support audits and cross-functional coordination
, ensuring timely delivery of internal and external audit requirements while collaborating with plant and global finance teams.
What is required:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or master's preferred).
Experience in accounting, financial reporting, and FP&A in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong analytical and attention to detail capabilities.
