Your role at Clorox:

Working in a participative team-based environment, using World Class Operations (WCO) processes and principles, the Plant Engineering Manager directs the facility's engineering and maintenance functions to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations. This role oversees capital projects, equipment upgrades, facility maintenance, and compliance with environmental and safety regulations. They lead continuous improvement to optimize plant productivity and asset lifecycles.
