Role Title: Senior Manager - Plant HR Head
Location: Arakonam (Near Chennai)

Role Responsibilities
Lead the complete HR function for the manufacturing plant as Plant HR Head.
Drive overall people strategy and HR operations aligned with plant and business objectives, including IR initiatives & maintain a healthy shop-floor environment
Handle union management, wage settlements, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and long-term settlements.
Manage end-to-end factory HR operations including:
Manpower planning
Talent management
Employee engagement
Performance management
Contract labour management
Statutory compliance
Workforce productivity initiatives
Partner closely with Plant Leadership and Corporate HR to support business objectives.
