Responsibilities

• Drive comprehensive plant operations, overseeing manufacturing, engineering, and production while ensuring exceptional safety, quality, and service standards
• Manage cross-functional teams across manufacturing engineering, production operations, maintenance, planning, and quality control
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize plant performance and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with environmental and health safety regulations while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a business related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
• 8 to 10 years in manufacturing management/industrial function / quality/ Logistic.
