**Resumen**
Job Objective: Lead and oversee all plant operations in an automotive manufacturing environment, ensuring production goals, quality standards, cost efficiency, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives are met in alignment with company objectives and industry regulations.

- Ensure production schedules are met on time and according to customer requirements (OEMs, Tier 1 or Tier 2).
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards such as IATF *****, ISO ****, etc.
- Develop and control the plant's operational budget.
