About The Role
As a member of the Oro site team, the Primary Plant Operator position will execute the daily tasks of maintaining and operating an aggregate processing plant in accordance with Amrize’s best practices and policies as well as perform all administration related to the equipment’s operation.
What You’ll Accomplish
- Operations: Daily operations of a stationary crushing plant while meeting safety and production targets.
- Safety Culture: Promote safety culture through engagement with employees, Joint Health and Safety Coordinators, subcontractors and suppliers, implementation and maintenance of local and regional initiatives with an objective of “zero” safety incidents. ...
