Plant Performance & Smart Factory Lead

Ferrero International is seeking a Plant Performance & Projects Lead for its Hazelnut Company Chile team. This role focuses on driving plant performance improvements through the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program and Smart Factory initiatives. The candidate will collaborate with Plant Managers to oversee projects, support budgeting, and foster cross-department collaboration.

Qualified candidates will have a degree in Engineering or related field, strong experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and be fluent in Spanish and English.
