Summary
Responsible for ensuring the plant's operational continuity, stability, and improvements of a processing facility to accomplish the targeted goals of the corporative plan and company goals while adhering to the company vision, values, and safety requirements..
Principle Responsibilities and Duties
Direct and coordinate activities of the businesses on the plant to achieve the predetermined production targets and preserve the reliability and availability of the compressors and facilities.

Supervise staff, preparing work plans and assigning specific duties and responsibilities as required

Work with Country Manager & Advisors to set plans and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals

Monitor and control gas flow production, conditions, and specifications always ensure they are within the contractual and designated agreements.
