The Role
As a Workshop Plant Mechanic/Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of plant assets and towable equipment, ensuring everything is in safe working order and performing at its best. You’ll work both independently and alongside your colleagues to deliver high-quality service and support to our operational teams.

Here are some of the activities you’ll be involved in:
Servicing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of construction plant assets and towable equipment

Diagnosing faults using specialist tools and equipment, and carrying out effective repairs

Performing regular inspections of machines and components to ensure safety and reliability

Logging maintenance and inspection records digitally using a tablet, including compliance images

Working closely with the workshop supervisor to plan and prioritise tasks
