Summary You will serve as a PLASTIC FABRICATOR SUPERVISOR I in the COATING AND SERVICES SHOP - CODE 970 of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Responsibilities You will evaluate manpower requirements and reassign personnel as necessary to maintain project schedule. You will supervise employees responsible for accomplishing all plastic fabricator work required in the repair and maintenance of ships and submarines. You will mentor and provide on-the-job training for plastic fabricator personnel. You will direct all employees on the crew to work in a safe manner by abiding all safety rules. You will inform superiors of issues that may impact schedule, cost, and quality. You will make appraisals of work performance and recommends subordinates for promotions, awards, disciplinary actions and training.
