Plastic Process Production Leader

Plasticos Castella SA in Mexico, Jalisco, Región Centro is looking for a responsible individual to manage the inventory levels of new product qualifications and oversee aspects of pilot assemblies related to SMT and/or DF activities.

The role involves establishing quality control standards, coordinating with multiple teams, and ensuring effective production operations. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred along with over two years of relevant experience.
