What you will do
+ Operate plastic processing equipment, including automatic and semi-automatic machines, to produce components that meet quality and production targets.
+ Set up, start, and monitor machines following process sheets, manufacturing procedures, and supervisor instructions.
+ Perform equipment and process setups, including tooling and die changes, to achieve required part dimensions and quality.
+ Monitor machine parameters and make routine adjustments (temperature, pressure, speed) to ensure consistent output.
