Platform Applications Engineer

Leads and directs hardware technical marketing engineers and their functions, responsibilities, and deliverables. Manages and oversees service support to hardware, software, and platform customers. Acts as liaison between customers and manufacturing, sales, and field sales. Responds to customer requests or events as they occur. Provides technical marketing ownership throughout the product life cycle. Acts as technical expert, consultant, analyst, and program manager as required.
